About Bude Metric Brass Band
Bude Metric Brass was formed in 2003 by a group of like-minded brass musicians who wished to pursue their hobby in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere, playing challenging, stimulating music of mutual choice.
The ensemble play for their own pleasure, and for the enjoyment of others in support of local charities, organisations and businesses.
Described as “One of the best entertainment brass bands in north Cornwall, able to tackle anything from simple hymns and marches, to popular music, complex overtures, and big band sounds.” They have a wide repertoire that appeals to all ages, and will tailor their programme to suit the audience.
